The Lazy Lake Pokemon: Regigigas siphoned a small amount of Kyogres power to create Regilake in the hopes it would send fresh rainwater to areas suffering from droughts. However, Regilake was simply too lazy and ended up accidentally drenching nearby towns. In a futile effort to make Regilake more responsible, Regigigas sent Regilake to monitor his other weather controller: Regibrazier.
In battle, Regilake will keep their distance while mass amounts of rain begin to fall. Regilake will then shoot massive bursts of water that are strong enough to easily topple an army hangar. While the enemy is distracted, Regilake will summon a tornado to whisk the offender away. However, there are three big weaknesses for Regilake: Its balance, its sluggish close-quarters combat style, and the fact that if its water bowl becomes empty, it will lose its control over the weather.
Legendary
Hidden ability: Downpour
Causes rain to fall. While rain is active, all attacks have 50% life steal.
Water-type
Low speed, defense, attack, average hp, high sp. attack, and sp. defense.
