Rockaloks are often found in plateaus or rocky grasslands, feeding on the small plants that grow there. If a Rockalok is attacked, it can shed its rear appendages and escape. The appendages will still wriggle around for around 2 minutes, and serve as a distraction.
The appendages will grow back in 2 days, during which the Rockalok will be much more aggressive. When fighting, a Rockalok will attempt to use its size to push around and grapple smaller Pokemon.
